What I Did:

  • Designed and launched a new website focused on clarity, UX, and local service conversion

  • Optimized Google My Business listing with updated categories, photos, services, and ongoing management

  • Developed and implemented on-page SEO including meta tags, headers, keywords, and alt text

  • Wrote and published SEO-rich blog posts to support local search and educate clients
     

The Result:
Boosted Continuum’s online visibility, improved keyword rankings for local rehab services, and helped attract more qualified website visitors and leads.

Princeton Mortgage

The Goal: To modernize Princeton Mortgage’s marketing and internal operations by redesigning outdated brand assets, developing scalable systems, and filling strategic gaps in project execution, design production, and cross-departmental workflow — all with the goal of increasing efficiency, brand consistency, and internal adoption.

What I Did:

  • Redesigned the internal marketing hub (intranet) from the ground up — transforming it into a clean, intuitive, and brand-aligned resource center for loan officers and team members

  • Built and reorganized the company’s project management structure, creating automated workflows using Zapier, Microsoft Planner, to move projects faster and with better visibility

  • Overhauled the print & digital marketing process — delivering a refreshed, on-brand design system with faster turnaround times and significantly reduced print costs

  • Developed dozens of on-demand graphic assets including flyers, social posts, signage, internal collateral, and custom branding for events and team needs
     

The Result:

  • Created scalable design systems and automations that save time, money, and team bandwidth

Weidel

Goal: Led a full-scale modernization of the company's marketing, digital systems, and agent support infrastructure — resulting in measurable improvements in engagement, user experience, and marketing adoption.

What I Did:

  • Designed and launched a new responsive website, improving navigation, conversion, and speed — resulting in a 56% bounce rate reduction and Google Site Speed scores in the 90s

  • Executed data-driven social media campaigns, driving:
    🔹 1,009% net audience growth
    🔹 216% engagement increase
    🔹 869% growth in video views

  • Built a fully branded Online Design Studio with a library of agent templates to boost speed and consistency

  • Rejuvenated core marketing materials including listing presentations, brochures, and flyers for better performance in competitive pitches

  • Identified business data gaps and implemented cutting-edge strategies and tools to support smarter decision-making

  • Designed and ran internal + external email campaigns to reach thousands of subscribers and agents with high engagement

  • Supported program rollouts and training, leading agent adoption and performance across tools and platforms

Corcoran Sawyer Smith

Goal: Led the marketing transition during the merger of Weidel Real Estate into Corcoran Sawyer Smith, overseeing brand integration, communication strategy, and execution across multiple offices. Focused on supporting agent success while streamlining internal systems and elevating team performance.

What I Did:

  • Spearheaded the brand merger, reworking corporate and agent collateral, office signage, and digital assets for a seamless transition

  • Created and launched a Listing Concierge Program to streamline property marketing and reduce agent lift

  • Built a marketing request system to manage agent needs, improve service speed, and increase program adoption

  • Developed local market campaigns tailored to specific communities for stronger brand relevance
     

The Result:

  • Achieved a seamless rebrand across all offices

  • Increased agent usage of marketing programs through clearer systems and hands-on support
